1: Is there a travel fee?
If you are in London or Norwich, no. The further you are from London or Norwich, the greater the travel fee.
2: Does Picta have a studio?
Yes, we have a private studio in our Norwich office.
3: When is the final payment due?
14 days prior to the shoot date. You can secure a date with a 20% deposit as long as the booking is more than 14 days before the shoot date.
4: If I book both video and photo packages for my wedding, are both 20% off?
Yes!
5: How do we get booked in?
Send us an enquiry, and a director will be in contact to discuss your booking. Once we have all the relevant information, we will develop a contract for you to sign, as well as an invoice for 20% of your booking’s total. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, you will be fully booked in.
6: What happens if we have to move our wedding/shoot date due to COVID or any other circumstance?
Regardless of circumstances, we will accommodate your shoot. However, we cannot guarantee that the same freelancer will be assigned to your shoot once the date has been changed. If we are forced to provide a new freelancer, and you are unhappy with this, you can cancel your booking.
6: Is the deposit refundable upon cancelation?
Booking requires a non-refundable 20% deposit. If you have paid the full amount and cancel prior to the shoot date, or your date is changed, and we cannot accommodate the new date, you will receive an 80% refund.
7: When is the final payment due?
Two weeks prior to your shoot date.
